Nikol posted a How To for making Greek-style soy yogurt on her flicker page. Click through to read it.I might give it a try at some point. Doesn’t sound too difficult. (Details on Heroes Con soon.)
Yay! I am definitely going to try making this very soon. I am also going to try my hand at making my own paneer, mozzerella, cream cheese, ricotta and labneh. I found the recipes in this month’s Mother Earth News, also online: https://www.motherearthnews.com/Real-Food/2008-06-01/Make-Easy-Cheese-Recipes.aspx
Oops, the paneer is found here: http://www.wikihow.com/Make-Paneer-(Indian-Cheese)
